3 Year Contractual Appointment of Specialists for PPOMU at finance department ,Odisha government dated 10.09.2012
The Finance Department, Government of Odisha has established a ‘Programme Performance &
Outcome Monitoring Unit’ (PPOMU) to function as its Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) wing. The
PPOMU will be conducting concurrent monitoring and evaluation as well as impact assessment of
flagship national and state schemes being taken up by key departments in Odisha.
The activities to be carried out by the PPOMU will include:
a. Defining M&E Framework for various schemes with indicators, timeline and tools.
b. Facilitate M&E activities including Periodic Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Assessment.
c. Supporting departments in preparation of Outcome Budget and its monitoring.
d. Documentation of M&E activities and Data Repository of such studies.
e. Document and share findings including suggestions for improvement in performance
f. Procurement and management of agencies to carry out studies / surveys
Applications are invited from specialists on 3 year contractual term for the following positions:
1. PPOMU Team Leader 4. Outcome & Impact Assessment Specialist
