Facilitates to file a grievance at Kiosk .
Forwarding the grievance to a Call Center.
Marking to an Officer with due date, at Call center.
Officers can feed their response.
Facility to see response at Kiosk by the citizen.
Entire application runs in Telugu, Local language.
