बिहार में अब एससी-एसटी और छात्राओं को पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन तक की पढ़ाई फ्री में कराई जाएगी. बिहार राज्य मंत्रिपरिषद ने अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति और छात्राओं को पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन स्तर तक फ्री एजुकेशन को मंजूरी दे दी है.

After the cabinet meeting headed by the Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi Cabinet Secretariat Department said Cabinet Secretary BK head of state general courses in universities SC-ST and post graduate level education to students at all levels from the time of enrollment in a approved type is going to charge.
The cabinet as well as universities and schools because of the economic damage done by the government to reimburse the next fiscal year is approved.
Pradhan said the state will fund each year and gain weight around 4 crore 29 lakhs SC-ST community and get students.
According to official figures, he said that at present 4.05 million to graduate level students and students studying in these three groups, but their numbers in the post-graduate faculty is only 10 870.
मुख्यमंत्री जीतन राम मांझी के नेतृत्व मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक के बाद मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय विभाग के प्रधान सचिव बी प्रधान ने बताया कि मंत्रिपरिषद राज्य की यूनिवर्सिटीज में सामान्य कोर्सों में एससी-एसटी और छात्राओं को पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन स्तर तक शिक्षा में नामांकन के समय से प्रत्येक स्तर पर किसी प्रकार के शुल्क नहीं लिए जाने को मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है.
उन्होंने बताया कि इसके साथ ही मंत्रिपरिषद ने यूनिवर्सिटीज और स्कूल इस कारण होने वाली आर्थिक क्षति की प्रतिपूर्ति अगले वित्तीय वर्ष में सरकार द्वारा किए जाने को भी स्वीकृति दे दी है.
प्रधान ने बताया कि इससे राजकीय कोष पर हर साल 29 करोड़ रुपए का भार आएगा और इसका लाभ करीब 4 चार लाख एससी-एसटी समुदाय और छात्राओं को मिलेगा.
उन्होंने बताया कि सरकारी आंकडे के मुताबिक प्रदेश में वर्तमान में 4.05 लाख ग्रेजुएट स्तर तक अध्ययनरत इन तीनों वर्ग के छात्र एवं छात्राएं हैं, पर पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट संकाय में इनकी संख्या सिर्फ 10870 है.
